After studying, living, and working in New York, California, Michigan, and Europe, Nick Epstein returned full time to the Hamptons in 2006, having been offered a position at Devlin McNiff, the brokerage firm owned by his family.
Nick initially worked in Devlin McNiff's administrative staff, which allowed him to learn various aspects of the business, whether working in the marketing department, or observing the management of the sales team. He earned his sales license shortly thereafter, becoming a full time member of the sales staff, where he continues to grow his business in the residential market on the east end.
His knowledge of, and passion for real property, design, and architecture make him uniquely at home in the business of real estate. Having spent a good deal of his youth on the East End, he has deepened his connection to the community since his return, and his familiarity with the area is an asset to those who do business with him. Nick takes an enthusiastic yet pragmatic approach to his work at Devlin McNiff. He listens with attention to his clients and customers, and has the intellectual acumen and communication skills necessary to channel their ideas, desires, and goals into concrete options and, eventually, results.
